Bean to Bar Chocolates are now available from Adobo Kitchen. Created by previous Mastechef Australia Season 7 Contestant John Carasig.

These Chocolate Bars are carefully handcrafted from Single Origin Cacao Beans sourced from Malagos and Toril located in Davao City, Philppines.

The Cacao Beans are put through a stone grinder and is continously grinding for over 48 hours that results in a fine sliky smooth chocolate. Every bar is sweetened using Organic Coconut sugar giving each bar a nutty caramelised flavour that blends harmoniously well with each individual flavour profile.
